I have known Chris Dobbin of The Dobbin Group for over 15 years. I first met Chris when I was with Cadillac Fairview and we worked closely together for several years as joint venture partners redeveloping Northland Village Mall in NW Calgary. We subsequently co-operated on the development of several other regional shopping centre projects, including Park Place in Lethbridge, Canyon Meadows, Cascade Centre and Westhills, all in Calgary.

Throughout that time, Chris repeatedly proved himself to be a creative problem solver, with a high degree of integrity and personal energy, and someone with whom I would gladly associate again.

Chris is a prominent member of the Calgary community, including a term on the Calgary Planning Commission. That experience, coupled with his business acumen and extensive real estate knowledge, would certainly qualify Chris to be a competent partner and/or landlord.
