401 - 33 Street NE
"The Ace Building"

Sold in 2002, this warehouse in Calgary's NE boasted 260,000 sq. feet of warehouse space and
was the site of several proposed developments.

The Sunridge
Professional Building

Built in 1984, this NE development created 100,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space and was Calgary's largest development that year.

Park Place Mall
Lethbridge, Alberta

Built in 1988, this project introduced 300,000 sq. ft. of new retail space to Lethbridge.
